Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return and Refund

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date if the item meets the following conditions:
• Unused and in original condition
• Original packaging included
• Proof of purchase provided

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 72 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
